Well because there are some new ubers showing up these days that don’t get it fully how you make an uber here is one to download and not get you instantly killed when you come to the uber servers. In this .rar file you can find the .bic you need to place in your localvault folder and a JPEG how the char looks like and the stats. With this you’re fully ready to play uber, it has descent items on it you can always replace the items but it is fully operational to play with. most items are made by me some are just dozer’s shop gear. The current voiceset is the tomi voiceset from exp2. Do keep in mind that you need both expansions to play with this char. Good luck to you newly ubers
