A strange alien artifact was found on Earth in the 1960s, which scientists suspected was some type of transporter. A lab rat known as Russell was placed into the device, which was then activated, and suddenly everything within a two-thousand kilometer radius of the device was transported to the distant planet of Morgana IV.
